Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - NICU /n/n Job Details: /n • Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under licensed physician direction /n• Apply nursing process principles, theories, and current methods in clinical practice /n• Collaborate with patients, family members, professional peers, and healthcare team members to individualize patient care /n• Direct nursing support staff in patient care provision according to nursing practice standards /n• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures /n• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required /n• Bachelor's degree preferred /n• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred /n• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required /n• Basic Life Support certification required /n• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area /n• Work location: Women's and Family Center /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates a specialized Women's and Family Center dedicated to providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care services.
