If you are a person who enjoys cleaning and has an eye for detail, then this is the job for you!
The Housekeeper is responsible to ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within established time limitations.
This is a full-time position working from 7am-3pm, which will include weekends.
Position is offering $17-$18 per hour.
What you will have an opportunity to do:
Days and hours will vary based on business but will include weekends.
+ Clean rooms daily to include vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathroom floors, mirrors, toilet, tub, shower, sink, dusting furniture, and more
+ Keep supply closets orderly and properly stocked
+ Work in Laundry rotating with other staff members
+ Thorough cleanliness of rooms, windows and public areas
+ Practice safety standards at all times and report any safety hazards to Supervisor
What are we looking for?
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Must have a clean, valid Driver's license
+ Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
+ Must be able to work a variety of shifts/days which will include weekends
+ Housekeeping experience desirable
+ Must be able to read, write and speak English
+ Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
+ Able to lift 25-40 pounds
+ Must be able to twist, bend, push/pull and kneel while cleaning
+ An energetic personality
+ Able to meet/exceed guest expectations
+ Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
+ Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, position and navigate carts in tight spaces; operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters. and position loads of at least 25lbs.
