responsible for menu planning, food cost management, and ensuring
high food quality standards. You will work closely with the
culinary team to oversee back of house operations and contribute to
menu development. In addition to food preparation and handling, you
will be responsible for maintaining sanitation standards and
ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Experience in
food and beverage management, as well as being ServSafe Certified,
are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in cooking, cost management, ordering,
