We are looking for a college student with high potential, that will
work closely with our HR team learning and interacting with both
corporate and operations functions. As an HR intern you will learn
and be involved with HR technology, talent development, diversity
and inclusion along with the ins and outs of managing the
day-to-day people operations activities. Our HR internship program
is geared to students interested in a generalist role or more
specifically interested in HR technology and HR operations.
Drive HR initiatives, development and continuous improvement
through intern projects
Varied aspects of human resources including: HR databases,
Diversity & Inclusion, Talent, Learning and Development and
Support HR data analytics activities including data integrity, data
groupings, compensation, turnover, etc.
Support Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
Support talent acquisition projects around branding and local
Support development of early talent programs
Assist in organizing training and employee engagement events.
Benchmarking best HR practices
Documentation of HR Standard Operating Procedures.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, HR
Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication
Detail oriented and organized with ability to multi-task and manage
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Google Suite
Passion for employee experience
Interest in starting a career in HR
