Job Description:

Cypress Skilled Nursing - A Skilled Nursing facility is looking for an experienced Regional Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler.
The number one priority for this position is maintaining the employee schedules -on a 24-hour basis to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as directed by administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates, coordinates, reports, posts, and manages all functions related to schedules of hourly staff
Notifies appropriate personnel of call-ins and assists with securing coverage Maintains accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues
Accurately enters and maintains data relative to scheduling using company software programs Performs other duties as assigned

**PRIOR STAFFING/SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE IN HIGH VOLUME HEALTHCARE CENTER IS PREFERRED**
