A nursing home group is seeking a Regional Staffing Coordinator to join our team. -
Regional Staffing Coordinator Job description:

- - - - - - - - - -Work closely with Staffing Coordinators and HRs to assist and support the facility staffing needs
- - - - - - - - - -Travel to Long Term Care Facilities to train and educate staffers and ensure they are following proper protocol
- - - - - - - - - -Put together staffing policies and systems for facilities and effectively roll them out at each facility
- - - - - - - - - -Analyze and develop creative solutions to address payroll costs, labor hours and related expense variances
- - - - - - - - - -Ensure facilities are staffing, recruiting, and hiring effectively

Regional Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:
- - - - - - - - - -Ambitious and a natural leader
- - - - - - - - - -Great communicator and ability to be gentle yet assertive and convincing - - - - - - - - -
- - - - - - - - - -Previous experience as a staffing coordinator required -
- - - - - - - - - -This Job will require some element of travel and working in various facilities
