Job Description:The overall objective of this role is to standardize, develop and deploy content and communications to support the adoption of technology by our field auditors.Product catalogue initiative (50%):* Establish a standardized structure for information and documentation on technology solutions, focused on the needs of the end user* Validate information and documentation with end user group, incorporating feedback* Convert existing documentation into the new standardized structure, working with an off-shore team and reviewing their work* Coordinate reviews and approvals of documentationPractice communications - new solution launches and solution updates (30%):* Work with product owners to create a communications plan and messaging guide for each solution* Maintain a calendar of communications for new solution launches and solution updates* Draft communications and coordinate reviews and approvalsSuccess stories (20%):* Oversee the process to identify, develop and publish success stories related to the use of technology solutionsSkills: * 2-4 years of technical writing and communications - outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, collaborative environment* End-user, customer-centric mind-set* Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once* Eager to learn and work on new initiatives; interest in technology, finance or business consultingPowered by JazzHRiUSBj2Z3KA
