2. Good understanding of SSO enablement on SaaS
3.Understand delivery management
4. Ability to communicate to senior business and articulate issues
and solution
5.Good understanding implementation SSO on DocuSign and/or other
SaaS application
6. Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM
