Skills

• Testing of Desktop components and Business applications on various platforms such as Laptops(Windows/MacBook), Virtual Machines, and Mobiles(android/iOS)
• Provide documentation and perform different activities on desktop/laptop machines in the QA lab such as imaging, upgrades, Microsoft security patches, migrations, packages, driver updates, and application updates.
• Manage and provide technical guidance on various aspects of desktop machine testing such as hardware, software, and automation. Create automation scripts to test desktop applications using Selenium, Test complete, and PowerShell.
• Provide feedback and analysis on Service tickets and identify where we can automate and reduce defects during testing.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Project teams, Business partners, and subject matter experts in defect calls and attend status meetings.
• Work with offshore and onshore teams throughout the desktop testing lifecycle for delivering quality products to end users.
• Plan and Create Automation Scripts to test Desktop Applications using Selenium, Test complete, and PowerShell.
• It is required to go to office at least 2/3 days a week in Montvale, NJ
