Job Title: Peoplesoft Funct Analyst III Location: Barnabas

Full-Time Shift: Day Pay Range: $110,681.00 - $156,337.00 Annual
Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated annual salary
range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The
compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position
will depend on several factors, including the candidate's
educational background, skills and professional experience. Job
Overview: Member of the Enterprise Business Information Systems
Group, specializing in Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler,
Mobile applications. Required to provide integration support for
HCM and other enterprise applications. Provide functional
production support to affiliates sites; assist in the
implementations of new affiliates, and to assists with upgrades of
new releases and other system technical functions. Qualifications:
Required: BA/BS in Computer Science, Finance or relevant degree or
equivalent experience. Gather business requirements from
Functional, Business Users and Vendors. Create new and modify
existing customizations. Must have in depth knowledge of UKG Time
and Attendance, Data Hub, Advanced Scheduler, Absence Management,
Analytics modules. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in
UKG Pro WFM product. Must have at least 5 years of experience in
Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler products. Lead other
functional and/or technical resources supporting UKG Time and
Attendance, Advanced Scheduler applications. Ability to resolve
complex functional/technical issues and system performance issues
using broader understanding of UKG system. Ability to assess and
support new applications upon onboarding. Streamline and assist
with complex reporting requirements. Must be able to function in a
fast-paced and challenging environment. Must be able to accept
customers need to constantly prioritize projects. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Effective organizational and
interpersonal skills. Able to manage multiple priorities on an
ongoing basis while maintaining strong working relationships with
internal and external partners. Issue Analysis skills. Ability to
translate business requirements meet business objectives.
Scheduling Requirements: Full-time, Day Will be required to travel
to different affiliates within the health care system as needed.
Essential Functions: Time and Labor Management Application:
Understand the functional capabilities of the applications and
supporting infrastructure. Work with Business owners to understand
business priorities and support the configuration of software to
enable supporting processes. Work with Payroll Managers to enable
key processes leveraging standard application capabilities and
configuration. Understand and document data model to facilitate
analytics. Manage and maintain key data elements for the effective
use of applications in a secure and highly available architecture.
Develop and communicate a technical vision to address short term
and long term solutions Follows IT/departmental standards,
procedures, and project documentation requirements Analyzes the
requirements for programs and define the overall structure Provides
assistance to other staff members on selected functional and
technical issues Responsible for the analysis of systems with a
focus on internal/external specifications, configurations, testing
and documentation Provides strategic and operational expertise to
business owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless and accurate
payroll management. Monitors application of time attendance
policies, procedures and programs to ensure alignment with the
company's overall strategic objectives and vision. Staffing,
Scheduling tools & Clocks: Accesses Staff scheduling system to help
troubleshoot payroll processing or integrations issues and advises
add entries both systems on tables. Effectively troubleshoots
replicates and develops workarounds for client issues. Mentors and
trains Sites Field Support associates that take part in Technical
support rotations to ensure successful integration into the role.
Work closely with UKG Project Managers regarding project status as
necessary to ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to
schedule. Monitors system testing during conversion ensuring
accuracy. Identifies needs and delivers professional consulting
services (potentially fee-based) to client including one or more of
the following: Creates complex custom reports, provide Integration
support. Customizes UKG apps/services or modules to meet users
needs by understanding the internal business needs, the resource
then makes recommendations and provides solutions to meet these
needs. Consults with UKG to develop customized training to meet
user s needs. Ensure timely closure of helpdesk tickets related to
UKG system. Monitor the software application, document and analyze
problems. Review the applicable governing regulations (HIPAA,
PCI-DSS) to ensure proper program support and maintain
documentation for regulatory compliance. Troubleshoot, and resolve
any reported problems, enable best practices and maintain system
documentation. Work closely with application development teams and
vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications Address fully problem
management activities such as issue resolution and root cause
analysis. Complete daily monitoring and maintenance activities of
the application. Lead and participate in efforts to develop and
implement processes for application and system monitoring. Other
