Job Description Job Description Summary: The IT Program Manager
will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful
implementation and delivery of IT Projects and Strategic Programs.
This role will lead cross-functional teams, and will work closely
with vendors, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to
ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and
timeline. This role will involve planning, executing, and
monitoring projects, as well as managing risks, resolving issues,
and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Job
Responsibilities: IT Program Management Lead program and multiple
project implementations, ensuring successful delivery of projects
within defined scope, budget, and timeline. Lead the management of
the IT project portfolio, including project prioritization,
resource allocation, and budget management. Oversee the successful
execution of projects by establishing and maintaining project
management methodologies, tools, and processes. Ensure projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. IT
Project Road Mapping Strategy and Governance: help develop and
implement the program and project management strategy and
governance framework aligned with the organization's IT objectives
and goals. Implement project management methodologies, processes,
and standards to ensure consistency and best practices across IT
projects. Create and maintain project documentation, including
project charters, status reports, risk registers, and other
relevant project artifacts. Relationship Management Establish and
maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
product managers/owners, business users, and development teams, to
understand their requirements and align project objectives
accordingly. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals,
objectives, and success criteria. Ensure alignment of projects with
strategic priorities and business needs. People Management Manage a
team of digital platform professionals, including developers,
digital channels support engineers, and project managers. Provide
leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure efficient and
effective delivery of digital solutions. Foster a collaborative and
innovative work environment. Exercises the usual authority of a
manager including hiring, supervising, training, scheduling,
performance evaluations, salary recommendations and disciplinary
actions. Develops personal growth opportunities. Demonstrates a

Action. Digital Delivery Support the bank's digital strategy
implementation, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and
lead the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve the bank's
digital goals. Collaborate with stakeholders, such as digital
banking operations, IT infrastructure, and development teams, to
define the support strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
and customer needs. Develop and execute plans to ensure efficient
and effective support for digital banking systems. Establish key
performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success
and impact of digital initiatives. Monitor performance, track
progress against targets, and generate regular reports for senior
management to drive informed decision-making. Risk Mitigation
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to
minimize project disruptions. Monitor and report on project risks,
issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution. Continuous
Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and
efficiency gains, sharing lessons learned and implementing best
practices across projects. Other Performs other job-related duties
as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant
field such as project management, business administration, computer
science, or a related discipline. A master's degree or relevant
certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are desirable. Extensive
experience in project management, including managing complex
projects and leading digital transformation initiatives. Proven
track record of successfully delivering projects within scope,
budget, and timeline. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to
technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, trends,
and emerging practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, cloud
computing, data analytics, and other digital transformation
enablers. Experience supporting financial services or transaction
related businesses; strong retail or commercial banking experience
and track record leading large enterprise technology teams
Experience implementing multiple software development
methodologies, multiple products across variety of platforms and
channels Strong collaborative leader and people developer with
proven track record of delivering results and impact. Exceptional

excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong
interpersonal and relationship building and management skills.

Schedule: This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule: 3 days in
the office and 2 days work from home, based on business needs. This
