Seeking a trial attorney to handle a high-volume caseload in the Westchester, NY Claim Litigation office, with a focus on civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial
  
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
  
• Conduct research and analysis to support case development
  
• Prepare and present cases in court
  
• Manage and direct support staff on clerical and administrative matters
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
    
  • Active license to practice law in New York and good standing with the state bar
    
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
    
  • Experience working in a paperless environment
    
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
    
    Potential salary range: $125,625.00-$160,000.00 per year, with potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary.
