You will be expected to advise clients on complex estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, and work closely with other attorneys, fiduciaries, and financial professionals. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Advise clients on strategies for minimizing estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes Guide clients through the trust and estate administration process, including probate filings and fiduciary obligations Work collaboratively with firm partners, wealth advisors, accountants, and other professionals on integrated tax planning Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on estate and tax law issues Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in tax, trusts, and estates law LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred Active bar admission in Florida, New Jersey, or New York (must align with the office where the candidate wishes to reside) Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities Interested in hearing more?
