How it works: Youll be assigned a shift each day for your open days Youll work for new families and ones that request you back You work every week and get a guaranteed weekly salary If you work less, you are paid your weekly guarantee If you work more, you are paid for the additional hours Requirements: Must be available Monday Friday Able to start as early as 7am or stay as late as 9pm, if needed (you know ahead of time) Must have experience with children under the age of 2 yrs. Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, teacher Comfortable using a smartphone app and texting Must be able to commit minimum of 3 months to this program Compensation and Benefits: $15-$17 per hour gross before taxes depending on experience Weekly direct deposit as an employee of PNN Paid time off for vacation, sick days and holidays Opportunity for advancement Agency with 35 years of experience for support If Hired: Must be able to provide legal work status in the US Must have or get Child and Infant CPR and First Aid certification within a few weeks of employment Will complete an online Orientation to help you be the best you can be Interested to Apply?
