Position General Manager | Dining Services
Description We are seeking an experienced FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR
to join our team in Westchester County! This dynamic role is
responsible for managing the food service operation at a large,
high-end continuing care retirement community with multiple points
of service including a formal dining room and a café/grill. The
FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR is responsible for ensuring to uphold our
core values - consistently delivering nutritious food, expert
management, and superior service.
Oversee dining operations throughout the community
Hire, train, and supervise staff
Manage and develop client relationships
Meet or exceed operational and financial goals
Maintain the highest standards of service and quality

Position Requirements The ideal candidate will possess:
A degree in a related field
5 or more years of food services management experience
A current ServSafe certification
A positive and proactive demeanor with excellent communication
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt
