Job Description:
Demand Planner needs 3-5 years of Demand Planning or operations
experience Demand Planner requires: AS4000 Demand Solutions
software and SAP/APO Demand Planning processes, Fundamental
knowledge of Supply Chain. Proficient in MS Office particularly
Excel & Power Point. (Demand Solutions & SAP preferred). Experience
using an AS400 ERP system & SAP DP modules is critical Intermediate
to advanced Excel & Power-point skills , Ability to create
Waterfall/ Bridges, Pivot tables, Charts / Data tables Able to
export and produce deep dive analyze complex statistical data ,
sales history, forecast changes in units and revenue University
Degree in business Demand Planner duties; Manage the Demand
Planning processes as well as leading a Demand Planner(s),
providing leadership, and being the process leader. Use
quantitative analysis for all new launches, seasonal programs,
promotional items, along with existing in-line basic items to
ensure forecast and plan are realistic and attainable. bring the
brands needs and Supply Chain together to achieve business outcome
goals and performance objectives. Principle Working relationships:
drive change throughout the organization.
