Position Summary

The Field Operations Manager provides oversight, guidance and management of the daily operations and documentation for the designated account. The Field Operations Manager will oversee the efficient, safe and profitable operation and of all company activities on the worksite.

Essential Duties

  • Assure that the labor to budget goals are achieved for their specific jobs during each quarter
  • Assure that the supplies to budget goals are achieved for each specific job during each quarter
  • Maintain contract specifications
  • Maintain service quantity and quality to client and company
  • Will assist with processing payroll
  • Ordering janitorial supplies
  • Perform Safety and HR Audits
  • Interview and select new employees
  • Perform job counseling and issue employee discipline
  • Check all work nightly and turn in completion reports
  • Perform all other duties assigned or requested

Minimum Requirements

  • Two to four years of Supervisory Experience
  • Two to four years of Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office including word, excel, outlook and powerpoint
  • Ability to learn and understand any applicable payroll/accounting software
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have valid driver's license
