We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Senior Brand Marketing Manager on the Home Entertainment Marketing Team!

Key Responsibilites:

  • Participates in the develop of LG's US Brand vision and long term brand strategy
  • Develops and implements best-in-class marketing programs to build the LG brand
  • Develops communication strategies for each segment, prioritizing message points and specific marketing programs; ensure communication is integrated across all elements of marketing mix, including advertising, online, in-store, PR and consumer activation/promotional platforms
  • Engages key stakeholders across the organization, including US senior management, sales leaders, HQ product counterparts, in communication plans and priorities
  • Serves as brand lead on key marketing activities including media planning and budgeting

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 10+ years of marketing /brand experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results.

Strong leadership, leading new brand launches, success in working with agencies, experience in collaborating with partners/peers.

Brand marketing experience in brand and agency sides; Successful launch of new products; Experience in media/commercial advertising and communication

AV/IT experience a plus but not required Skills/Knowledge/Ability: Strategic thinker/visionary Entrepreneurial Very creative and innovative Excellent communication skills in in written and verbal form. Adept at presentations. Experience in developing effective advertising across media (both TV and digital) Experience in evaluating, implementing, and analyzing effective media plans Effective follow-through skills Resilient - Able to work in a fast paced environment

Key Result Areas: 1. Strategic Marketing Planning In conjunction with stakeholders develop short and Strategic Plans. Study market trends to identify emerging opportunities on short- and long-term basis. Position individual products and product lines at retail Develop strong relationships across HQ and Local stakeholders (C-suite, Sales, Product Planning, Marketing Planning, Research, Field, PR etc.) and functions to ensure synergy and optimization of plans and resources 2. Marketing Communication - Digital, Advertising, PR, Media Develop effective communication strategies across for individual products and portfolio Produce advertising and MarComm across consumer touchpoints Work effectively with internal stakeholders (HQ/Local) and/or external partners to develop effective target focused advertising vehicles Work with media partners/agencies to effectively plan and purchase advertising media 3. Channel Marketing - Promotions, Co-Marketing Develop an effective channel activations across partner's owned/earned Create effective and cost efficient point of sales material. Develop co-marketing plans/opportunities with channel partners Communicate regularly and work closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Product Planning, Marketing Planning, Research, Field, PR, etc.) for plan development and execution Create effective and cost efficient retail activations (ex. point of sales material, displays, retail experience, etc.) 4. Market Research and Analysis Establish on-going brand and consumer research that keeps in touch with the changing needs of the consumer, the marketplace and the channel. Analyze/Evaluate data in terms of response to marketing activations (ex. brand, advertising, promotions, etc.)
