The Program Manager develops, transitions, and/or oversees key
supply chain strategic and operational programs in alignment with
Supply Chain and WMCHealth objectives. The programs are designed to
either optimize current operations, manage processes utilizing
technology, plan for emerging strategic needs, track compliance,
integrate and standardize processes, or other programs that advance
WMCHealth's goals. Supply Chain programs may include technology
implementation and use, strategic partner development, education
and training, business development and marketing, regulatory
compliance, emergency preparedness, community outreach, and
emerging strategic response. The Program Manager is responsible for
reporting the progress of all assigned programs and guiding
continuous improvement of workflows and project management tool
sets. This position requires excellent business knowledge, strong
people management skills & emotional intelligence, the ability to
analyze complex issues, comfort with technology and a drive to
deliver lasting results with change.
Manage Supply Chain Programs as assigned. Support programatic
activities that align with the strategic direction of the WMCHealth
Network based on the analysis of current state operations,
anticipated needs, and innovative approaches to the future. Oversee
data collection, analysis, and assessment through observations and
system reporting and prepare documents, including workflow and
process flows diagrams related to assigned Programs. Control the
implementation and roll out of tools and solutions to be used by
Supply Chain and customers as related to assigned Programs..
Identify and communicate critical path, track progress, problem
solve. Build bi-weeklyprogram updates based on quantitative &
qualitative knowledge. Develop risk mitigation and contingency
planning recommendations. Collaborate with staff, other
departments, senior management, and decision makers to share
information, problem solve, and clarify management objectives .
Partner with operational & clinical leaders as required to achieve
agreements and stakeholder support for change. Ensure impacted
business areas are ready to implement change and able to
sustainably deliver results as needed. Establish and maintain
positive work relationships throughout the organization. Contribute
to the establishment of best practice project management and
business change. Facilitate training, coaching and mentoring to all
stakeholders involved . Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience aligned with the responsibilities
for this position. Project management, business consulting
experience, working in relevant, complex business environments.
Healthcare experience preferred. Experience of leading and/or
managing multiple projects to achieve significant, sustainable
improvements and positive outcomes through internal and external
partnerships. Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new
technology quickly. Ability to analyze and understand complex
information and communicate it clearly. Clear, logical thinking to
understand the root causes of issues. Ability to effectively
prioritize, work in a fast paced environment, and deal effectively
with change and ambiguity. Ability to involve stakeholders from
different functional areas, geographies and perspectives to get
input, resolve problems and continuously improve processes. Ability
to effectively facilitate meetings and decision-making sessions,
present information, and respond to questions from groups of staff,
managers, and various stakeholders. Program-specific requirements
may include: Experience with MMIS, ERPs and other operations
technology; Infor Cloud preferred Familiarity with supply chain
operations and analytics solutions that address resiliency, demand
planning, utilization analysis, and other as required.
Bachelor's Degree, required.
Licenses / Certifications:
AHRMM CMRP within two years required.
