Yonkers, New York
Position Summary: This role is responsible for auditing the Main Cage, Count Room, Simulcasting, Valet and Food and Beverage department's paperwork to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, New York Gaming regulations and Federal and State laws. This role performs other duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities/Duties:
Audit paperwork generated by the main cage, count room, simulcasting, valet, and food and beverage departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, New York gaming regulations, federal, and state laws
Issue financial exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures, New York gaming regulations, federal, and state laws
Analyze and create spreadsheets and monthly journal entries to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, New York gaming regulations, federal, and state laws
Read the gaming machine meters once a month
Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times
Comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations
Attend periodic meetings and training sessions
Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years' experience related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
NYS Gaming License as required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must possess extensive knowledge in creating, analyzing, and interpreting spreadsheets
Must be a friendly, outgoing, and hospitable team player who collaborates well with all individuals
Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Microsoft Excel
Must possess the ability to perform basic math calculations
Must possess exceptional organization skills
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in English (both orally and in writing)
Must have an open/flexible schedule with availability to weekends and holidays
Must possess the ability to oversee designated work area
Must possess the ability to comply with all company safety policies and their requirements (including attendance at training meetings as scheduled)
Must possess the ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
Must possess the ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, and stretch for extended periods of time
Must possess the ability to work in a noisy environment where pipe, cigar and cigarette smoking is permitted.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS :
Regular scheduled hours.
Other - Must be flexible if needed for work outside of normal business hours
