partnering with a company looking for an Accounts Receivable
Specialist. This role is ONSITE in Northvale, NJ. Minimum 2 years
of experience in A/R collections, cash application and charge backs
Responsibilities (Partial list): --- Assist with month-end closings
and bi-annual bank audits --- Verifies customer account balances,
credits, short payments and discrepancies --- Update invoices,
maintain customer accounts, run monthly statements --- Process and
reconcile credit card payments --- Monitor A/R aging report on a
weekly basis --- Apply payments for all accounts --- Track returns
for accounts and work to resolve discrepancies
