Middle School
Knowledge of the methods, practices, and materials used in the
cleaning of buildings
Knowledge of the operation, use, and maintenance of equipment used
for cleaning buildings
Ability to use snow removal equipment and to shovel snow
Knowledge of and ability to paint
Possess physical dexterity to perform a variety of routine cleaning
tasks, including furniture lifting and ladder climbing
Ability to listen, understand,and follow oral and written
instructions
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
Willingness to perform needed tasks on an emergency basis
Ability to work alone, cooperate wth others, and maintain a
postitive attitude
