Accounts Payable Clerk ABOUT THE COMPANY:CFS has partnered with an organization located in Millwood, NY is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! The company was established almost 100 years ago and is a leader in their industry. They are looking to onboard an Accounts Payable Professional to join their team ASAP! The ideal candidate will be well versed in Accounts Payable procedures, must be tech-savvy, and will be ready to hit the ground running!Responsibilities:

• Review Invoices and Check Requests
• Sort and Matching Invoices
• Set Invoices up for payment
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments
• Produce Monthly Reports
• Assist in Month End Closing
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.Experience Preferred:
  • 2-4 year business/accounting degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills is a must
  • Knowledge of JDE and Canon - ERP system is a plus but will train
  • Construction experience is preferred but not required
  • Highly organized and proficient in Data Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCB2
