Retrieves messages from voicemail and forwards them to appropriate personnel.Schedules appointments and enters appointment date and time into computerized scheduler EMR. Conducts reminder calls to all patientsRegisters patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate. Makes appropriate changes in the computer systemAnswers questions about the organization and provides callers with addresses, directions, and other information.Confirms patients' insurance eligibility with insurance companies.
