POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:--Sid Jacobson JCC is seeking a reliable and responsible Early Morning Lifeguard to join our aquatics team. Preferrable living in Nassau County NY. Start 6 am. This role is perfect for early risers who are passionate about safety, fitness, and creating a welcoming environment for our members.----Responsibilities:----------Monitor pool area during early morning swim hours----------Ensure the safety of all patrons by enforcing pool rules and regulations----------Respond quickly and effectively to all water-related emergencies----------Perform daily pool checks and maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area----------Provide excellent customer service and support to JCC members and guests--Requirements:----------Valid Nassau County Lifeguard Certification----------Current CPR/AED certification----------Ability to remain alert and attentive for early morning shifts----------Professional, punctual, and dependable----------Previous lifeguarding experience preferred but not required--Must be Nassau County certified or willing to get it.--QUALIFICATIONS:------------------American Red Cross CPR/AED for the professional rescuer------------------Nassau County Lifeguard Certification (IA or IB)------------------Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience preferred------------------Water Safety Instructor Certification preferredCompensation details: 21-21 Hourly WagePI5b5225cc7c3e-25660-35960380
