OVERVIEW
CR provides its employees with strong and generous benefit and

Rewards Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration of
our compensation and health plans for both current and former
employees, as needed. A day in the life might include preparing and
researching job descriptions,participating third party surveys and
utilize data in order to analyze competitive market research on
internal and external salaries. You will also help orient new
employees, work with our outside vendors and providers, spearhead
open enrollment and the administrative details associated with
COBRA and FSA plans. Reporting to the Manager, Benefits, you will
be part of CR's People & Culture team. We are looking for someone
who loves working directly with other people, enjoys problem
solving and, using their experience with and knowledge of federal
and local regulations and compliance requirements to ensure our
programs run smoothly. This is a hybrid position. Under our CRFlex
program, this position is eligible for Fully Remote status for
candidates who live more than 75 miles from one of our main office
locations (Yonkers, NY, Washington DC, Colchester, CT).
Additionally, the successful candidate must reside in one of the
following locations: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois,
Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Texas, Vermont,
Washington D.C.

FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE
At Consumer Reports, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and
we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The
target salary range for this position is $69,800-$85,000. It is
anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the
middle of this range. Compensation for the successful candidate
will be informed by the candidate's particular combination of
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.
