Summary *This is a Senior Maintenance Mechanic position.* *This position may be night shift and/or weekend assignment (exact schedule to be determined upon hire) *Maintenance Mechanics troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment. *Responsibilities* Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and providing preventative/ predictive maintenance support to all bottling production and support equipment. Leads efforts in equipment overhauls and upgrades. --- Identify, correct, and communicate mechanical issues on all production equipment --- Troubleshoot equipment problems, identify root causes, and perform timely repairs --- Perform equipment inspections and take preventative actions --- Conducts comprehensive equipment overhauls and upgrades --- Install new equipment --- Re-build and fabricate parts --- Operate and perform maintenance on facility support equipment --- Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory --- Generate and complete maintenance work orders --- Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups --- Train Junior Mechanics *Qualifications* --- Minimum 10 years industrial maintenance experience required --- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment required --- Previous experience working in a bottling plant or with bottling equipment required --- Diagnostic/troubleshooting & preventative maintenance experience required --- Mechanical, electrical and controls skill required --- Basic computer skills required --- Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics required --- Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge required --- Must demonstrate mechanical, electrical, Refrigeration and controls technical skill --- Formal technical training at an accredited institution preferred --- Must supply own tools *Additional Information* Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.For additional information, please visit our company website at http://www.libertycoke.com/ [Liberty Coca-Cola - Warehouse Video](https://vimeo.com/708812902) from [AppVault Videos](https://vimeo.com/user101558118) on [Vimeo](https://vimeo.com).
