  Job Description
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to identify project requirements and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather relevant data for accurate cost estimation.
  • Participate in bid preparation and submission, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with client requirements.
  • Monitor and update cost estimates as project conditions change, providing regular reports to senior management.     The Successful Applicant
    
    The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in civil estimating within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes. Proficiency in estimating software, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential. A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
