Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have!Job Details: Job Title: Sales RepresentativeLocation:Montvale, NJ Length of Engagement: 9-12 Months Rate: Competitive pay ---Reports to Director of Sales---Accountable for the lead generation process---Tasks performed by the Salesperson personally include, for example, identifying sites as potential leads and finding contact information for site owners where this involves more independent judgment and a higher level of expertise.---This task will last the first 9-12 months based on the sales managers assessment of the Salesperson's performance. Afterwards leads will be generated for him.---Close new sales---Build, cultivate, follow-up with, and maintain relationships with prospective publishers---Persistently and creatively find ways to contact qualified leads via any available means---Schedule calls and demos---Send post-call overview emails to prospective publishers When sales close:---Give over all details of the account by making sure that the information insalesforce is up to date and filling out the google form.---Responsible to execute long-term plan for publisher---Seek ways to continually maximize revenue on all Publishers in portfolio---Hold weekly meeting with AM to review sites' status, issues, & opportunities for maximization---In regular Publisher Success meetings, communicate market insights, knowledge, and client suggestions to Tech and Ad OpsWho you are:---Someone who enjoys getting things done---Takes pleasure in creative problem-solving---Driven to win - takes pleasure in maximizing sales and crushing the competition---Creative - always finds a way, a problem-solver, strong ability and interest in obsessively researching to find an answer---Energetic - like a beast, driven, as if by a motor---Loves to work hard - If something needs to get done, get 'er done---Smart - nuanced, quick thinker prepared to head-to-head with the competition---Owns it - Outcome, not task or checklist, oriented---Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment, while building scalable solutions---Excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical audiencesContact: bagnew@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
