  • Working with the Head of Sales, execute on a strategy to grow sales in North America
  • Represent Impact Cubed at meetings with prospective clients, diagnosing their needs and conveying the value of our solutions
  • Work with clients to help them integrate impact data in their investment processes, support them in using the data and answer technical questions
  • Prospect, generate leads and write proposals; follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings; plan and prepare presentations; maintain client accountsBasic Requirements:
    • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in asset management
    • Understanding how institutional financial markets operate
    • Experience working to a financial target -
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write compelling proposals for innovative or customized solutions
    • You are energized by change, and want to be part of a collegial team in a rapidly growing business.
    • Ability to travel to offsite meetings
    • Business acumen, good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and results orientedPreferred Requirements:
      • Experience in sales to institutional investors, in particular asset managers and asset owners
      • ESG experience is a plus, but not required. -Understanding how financial institutions are evaluating and incorporating ESG, impact and climate issues in their decision-making and the organizations involved (e.g. TCFD, SASB, UNPRI). - - -Experience working on a sustainable investment team or an ESG data provider
