Providing an extremely rare opportunity for an experienced Loan Originator to join our team and be handed an all-in-one lead generation system that places leads on your calendar every week. We have invested tens of thousands of dollars in developing a lead system with conversion rates from 20-60% based on past performance and the best part is we vet them before even putting them on your calendar.



We are looking for an experienced, producing loan originator who can effectively implement the system we put in place. Both converting leads we provide AND using the qualified leads to develop realtor relationships. We all know there is nothing a realtor likes more than a lead that closes. Our personal goal is to hire an individual currently producing anywhere from 20-30 million per year in loan volume and plug them into a proven lead generation system, free of charge, so they can scale to 50-70 million per year.

Our team is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded mortgage broker to join our successful lending team. The ideal candidate will have an established book of real estate and lending institution contacts, a firm grasp on industry trends, and a proven track record of matching lenders and mortgage products to potential borrowers. Responsibilities:

--- Find ideal mortgage product and lender for potential borrowers by researching competitive mortgage rates and interest rates and negotiating terms
--- Complete loan application and submit on behalf of the borrowing applicant
--- Meet with potential applicants and buyers to determine each client's specific lending or refinance needs
--- Educate clients on various loan products, funding sources, buying or refinance process, and lending guidelines
--- Proactively stay abreast of mortgage industry trends and lending rate sheets; maintain strong relationships with mortgage lending sources / mortgage bankers, and establish referral relationships with real estate professionals


Qualifications:

--- Undergraduate degree preferred in banking, finance, economics, business administration, or real estate law
--- Possess a strong understanding of mortgage products and loan process from origination to close
--- Current NMLS licensure or National Association of Mortgage Broker license or certification required
--- Independently resourceful mindset with excellent communications, analysis, and time-management skills
--- Advanced computer skills including MS office, and loan origination software
--- Has a proven track record of closing at least 1 loan per month
--- 2 years of mortgage loan origination or loan officer experience required
