seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to
support a large-scale AI-driven production. This role is ideal for
someone with experience in VFX, animation, or high-volume
post-production environments, where managing artists, tracking
shots, and coordinating complex pipelines is essential. The ideal
candidate also brings a strong art and visual sensibility, with
experience supporting commercial, brand, or visually driven
creative work. You will work closely with Producers, Technical
teams, and a group of artists, both internal and freelance, to
ensure schedules, assets, and deliverables move smoothly from
kickoff through final delivery. Key Responsibilities Production &
Shot Management Track a high volume of shots, assets, and
iterations across multiple workstreams Maintain accurate shot
lists, production trackers, and status reports Coordinate shot
handoffs, versioning, approvals, and deliveries Flag scheduling
risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early Artist & Team
Coordination Support day-to-day operations for a team of artists
Schedule artist assignments, reviews, and check-ins Ensure artists
have clear briefs, references, and technical requirements Help
onboard freelancers or additional artists as the team scales
Schedule & Workflow Support Assist in building and maintaining
production schedules Coordinate reviews, dailies, and feedback
sessions Track revisions, notes, and client feedback to ensure
alignment Help enforce pipeline consistency and naming/versioning
standards Communication & Documentation Serve as a central point of
communication between production, creative, and technical teams
Distribute updates, notes, and action items clearly and efficiently
Maintain organized documentation for workflows, processes, and
deliverables Requirements 2 years experience as a Production
Coordinator, VFX Coordinator, or similar role Experience supporting
large-scale VFX, animation, or post-production productions
Background in art, design, animation, film, or a related visual
discipline Strong understanding of shot-based pipelines and artist
workflows Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with
production tracking tools (ShotGrid, Airtable, Excel, Notion, Jira,
etc.) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Familiarity with AI creative or technical workflows Benefits The
anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000
annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor
market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are
calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and
skills relative to the defined job requirements. This is a hybrid
role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening
or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
